Owner/Stylist
Co-Owner Bri loves horror movies and all things spooky. She collects vinyl records, old books, and antique treasures ranging in variety from super cute to dark and curious. A Dean’s List graduate of Paul Mitchell The School Michigan, Bri led product education at the school in 2012. She enjoys playing with both new and classic trends in the ever evolving beauty industry. With 13 years of experience behind the chair, Bri thrives on blending new and classic trends in the ever-evolving beauty industry. She specializes in lived in color, blonding, and customized haircuts; along with giving each client individualized care and attention.
Erika Cyr
Owner/Stylist
Co-Owner Erika grew up riding horses & loves to travel warm sunny places. She’s incredible in the kitchen & loves cooking big yummy meals for others. She began her career at the Douglas J Aveda Institute in East Lansing where she went on to win 1st place in the national Beacon competition for her makeup artistry. For the last 8 years she has been a stylist behind the chair in the Royal Oak area. Erika specializes in men’s barbering, short hair cutting techniques & makeup. In 2016 she attended the TIGI Academy in New York City & completed the transitions cutting/coloring course & has kept up with other education courses through the span of her career.
Nicole Setelia-Arif

Stylist Nicole loves nothing more than a good book, a scenic hike, and cozy nights in with her husband and two fur babies. She began her journey in 2016 at Douglas J Aveda in Royal Oak and has spent the past eight years honing her craft behind the chair.
Nicole is passionate about continuing education and staying at the forefront of the ever-evolving beauty industry, mastering the latest techniques and product innovations. Her dedication to listening to her clients and understanding their needs ensures a personalized experience every time. Nicole specializes in blonding services, rich custom colors, styling, and precision cuts for both men and women.
Trish Bayalis
Stylist
Trish is a talented hairdresser with over a decade of experience who began her journey at Paul Mitchell The School. She specializes in blonding, razor cutting, and creating effortlessly cool, soft shags that perfectly complement her clients’ unique personalities. Trish combines her expertise and creativity to bring a truly personalized touch to every style she creates. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her traveling to new destinations or hiking through national parks. With her wealth of knowlege and passion for her craft, Trish is your go-to stylist for great hair and great conversation.
